If you are looking for a position in a busy and successful organisation then this Customer Engagement position could be for you.

Some of your duties will include:

- Working as part of a team and administering customer order requirements

- Delivering the best customer service possible at all times to customers

- Managing incoming customer calls and providing information on products

- Additionally calling established customers in order to establish future order requirements

- Advising customer of product promotions and upselling orders where possible

- Inputting orders on computer system and advising customers of delivery schedule
