Location: Glasgow | Job Type: Full-Time | Salary: OTE £600–£750 per week

About the Role

We're looking for a Customer Engagement Representative to join our Glasgow team and become a key point of contact for residents across the city. This role is all about building real connections — understanding what people need, answering their questions honestly, and guiding them toward the right solution. It's a face-to-face position, ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and wants their earnings tied to their results.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

* Engaging directly with residents across Glasgow, door to door

* Listening to customer needs and responding with the right information

* Building trust and rapport in every conversation

* Guiding interested customers through to a sale or sign-up

* Planning your own route and appointments each day

* Feeding insights back to the team to help improve how we engage with customers

What We're Looking For

* Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in helping people

* Confidence approaching and talking with strangers

* Patience and resilience, especially when faced with rejection

* Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

* Driving licence and transport preferred

* No prior experience required — training provided
