Salary £30K PA - OTE £60K

You'll lead, inspire, and drive customer success by managing, motivating, and supporting their sales team focused on existing customers. You'll coach them to maximize cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and ensure a first-class customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coaching and mentoring your team to meet individual and team targets.
• Delivering comprehensive product training.
• Managing team performance, including 1:1s and KPI reviews.
• Driving motivation and activity.
• Reporting team progress and forecasting.
• Meeting personal sales targets and leading by example.
• Supporting with high-level sales and technical queries.
