As a Customer Experience Consultant in Derby, you will handle customer service activity within the Transport & Distribution industry, helping queries move through the business clearly and efficiently. Record customer interactions accurately so that information is easy to access and follow.
Investigate customer issues and work with relevant colleagues to reach a practical resolution.
Manage customer cases from initial contact through to completion, ensuring actions are followed up.
Provide helpful information on services and processes to support customers with their enquiries.

A successful 'Customer Experience Consultant' should have:

Experience of handling customer enquiries in a customer service setting.
Ability to communicate clearly with customers through appropriate service channels.
Confidence in investigating queries and following actions through to resolution.
Strong attention to detail when recording customer information and case updates.
Ability to manage several customer cases while maintaining clear records.

Salary of £25,200 to £30,800, dependent on the level of experience.
