Job Description - Customer Experience Specialist

Customer Experience Specialist
Location: Southampton Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Hours between 8am – 8pm | One short Saturday shift per month

What You’ll Be Doing:

Acting as the first point of contact for customers and third parties via phone, email, text, and web chat.
Managing customer enquiries efficiently and passing them to the appropriate teams when needed.
Building positive relationships with customers through friendly and professional conversations.
Completing administration tasks and ensuring all systems and records are accurately updated.
Liaising with internal teams and external contacts to deliver excellent service.
Supporting with additional office tasks as required.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in customer-facing roles such as retail, hospitality, call centres, or similar.
Office-based experience in customer service, administration, or related areas is desirable but not essential.
Strong communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
A positive, proactive approach and a willingness to learn.
Confident IT skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
