Job Description - Customer Experience Store Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Experience Store Coordinator to join our team and drive the success of our retail store in Leith, Edinburgh. Inspired by individuality and designed to make an impact, we craft high-quality, design-led products that empower self-expression and connect people with items that stand the test of time.
As a Customer Experience Store Coordinator at TBCo, you will:
Lead the day-to-day operations of our Leith-based store, ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional, on-brand experience.
Take full ownership of store performance—from stock management and visual merchandising to in-store events and online customer support
Drive and achieve store sales targets through strong product knowledge and best-in-class customer service, while playing a vital role in increasing foot traffic.
Create and maintain a visually engaging store environment, working with the in-house stylist to implement seasonal displays that reflect TBCo’s aesthetic.
Partner with our merchandising team to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment, managing back-of-house efficiency and conducting regular stocktakes.
Accurately manage in-store and online orders using our order management systems, ensuring seamless collaboration with our warehouse team.
Plan, coordinate and execute in-store events in partnership with our marketing team—creating community-led experiences and building local engagement.
Respond to customer enquiries via Instagram, WhatsApp and email, helping nurture meaningful engagement and deepen community and brand loyalty across every touchpoint.
Provide support to the wider operations team, helping to keep both the store and studio environment running smoothly.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in retail and customer service, with a passion for providing thoughtful, memorable customer interactions.
A strong eye for detail and for visual storytelling in a retail setting.
A proactive mindset and ability to take initiative, prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Confidence using systems related to order management and customer communications.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and local partners.
Comfort working independently as well as collaboratively with other teams.
A hands-on, can-do attitude that thrives in a dynamic, growing business.

Location:Edinburgh at our Leith store
Hours:37.5 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday
Salary:£25k-£27k
Reports to: Lead Operational Specialist
