Customer Experience / Transport Planner Consultant

As a Customer Experience Consultant needed in Derby, you will handle customer queries and help keep day-to-day service activity running smoothly within Transport & Distribution. You will use your TMS experience to give clear updates, resolve issues and support a reliable customer journey.

Description

Manage customer queries across agreed communication channels, providing clear and timely responses.
Use TMS experience to review transport information and provide accurate customer updates.
Track customer requests through to resolution, keeping records clear and up to date.
Work with relevant internal contacts to resolve service issues and reduce delays for customers.
Provide customers with practical information on transport movements, bookings and delivery status.
Identify recurring customer concerns and share relevant information to improve the service provided.
Maintain accurate customer and transport data within the TMS to support reliable communication.
Help deliver a consistent customer experience across Transport & Distribution services.Profile

A successful 'Customer Experience Consultant' should have:

Experience using a transport management system, TMS.
Experience handling customer queries and providing clear updates.
Ability to review transport information accurately and maintain up-to-date records.
Confidence managing customer requests through to a clear resolution.
Ability to communicate transport status and service information in a straightforward way.
Experience working with internal contacts to resolve customer service issueJob Offer

Temporary Customer Experience Consultant - based in Derby.
Hourly pay of £18 to £23, dependent on the level of experience.
