Customer Financial Support Associate

This role will engage with customers who have missed payments on their Hire Purchase agreements. Assess each individual's circumstances to ensure a fair and appropriate resolution. Where possible, negotiate affordable payments or arrangements to bring accounts up to date promptly.

Description

• Reach out to custoerms via phone, email or letters to recover overdue payments.
• Work with customers to set up affordable repayment arrangements while ensuring compliance with policy.
• Provide supprt and guidance on finaical difficulties, offering solutions to help customers manage debt.
• Update customer accounts with payment arrangements, conversations and action taken.
• Adhere to indusdtry regulations and complaies policies.
• Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
• Work closely with the team to meet taregets.
