MUST HAVE'S

* 3–5+ years’ experience in a customer-facing role

* Excellent communication skills and rapport-building abilities

* Confident on the phone and comfortable with video communication

* Attention to detail and strong organisational skills

* Ability to adapt to new systems and processes

* Interest in AI and new technological advancements

* A proactive attitude with resourcefulness

NICE TO HAVE'S

* Experience in e-commerce or retail customer service

* Familiarity with ERP systems or order management software

* Previous exposure to logistics or delivery coordination

* Knowledge of interior or construction materials (training can be provided)

* Handling customer calls and emails promptly and professionally

* Processing orders accurately within the ERP system and managing payments

* Tracking deliveries and coordinating with warehouse and courier partners

* Resolving queries, complaints, damages and returns efficiently

* Ensuring customers stay informed throughout the order process

* Embracing AI-enabled tools to enhance workflow and customer experience

* Identifying opportunities to improve and streamline processes

* Supporting team members across different functions and departments

* Assisting with small quote modifications and negotiations as needed
