An exciting opportunity has arisen to be the face of the company at Canterbury Bus Station, and it could be you!
Are you passionate about helping people; are you kind and empathetic and can you positively enhance the company profile and reputation, and do you have initiative; can you ‘do the right thing’ for our customers and our people and do you have energy and motivation to give your best every day?
We’re looking for someone to work closely with colleagues in the local supervisory team, and our central Service Delivery Support team, to provide the best service to users in our busy bus station.
From providing directions and travel advice to sharing updates during service disruptions, you’ll be a vital point of contact for customers in the Bus Station.

You will receive training and support to equip you with the knowledge and skills you need fulfil the role, all we ask from you is that you’re enthusiastic, positive, proactive and that your heart is in the right place! You must have excellent communication skills, be a people person and be able to adapt to changing situations.
This is primarily an outdoor position and will work in all conditions and temperatures. Full uniform and PPE provided – First Aid training will be provided and is mandatory.
£24,761 per annum based on a 39 hour working week. 5 days a week Mon-Sat.
