Customer Marketing Executive (B2B)

📍 Location - hybrid role, based 2 days a week at our office in East London (right by Aldgate East) OR our office in Sheffield city centre, the other 3 days from home or office, it’s up to you!

✨ This role would suit you if you have previous experience in Customer/Product Marketing, or a generalist looking to specialise into a Customer focused role

NB: This is not a Growth Marketing role - we want to hear about your experience creating content for existing customers!

Our mission:

• Two in five people in the UK rent their homes. Goodlord's mission? To provide them with the best renting experience in the world 🌎
• We started Goodlord because we wanted to make renting simple and transparent for everyone involved: the agent, the landlord, and the tenant. We knew Generation Rent would lead to more tenants, with higher digital expectations and we were confident we could provide a solution 🏠
• Like all scale-ups it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster journey, but we’re now stronger than ever, with around 3,000 letting agents using the platform, exciting and varied products and 350 Goodlordians supporting the mission! 💚

The Opportunity:

• Develop, plan, and execute impactful, creative marketing campaigns in order to help drive increased revenue from existing customers - renewals, upsell, cross sell and/or referrals
• Work with the Adoption and Customer Success team to support goals relating to customer product adoption and customer communication - including curating marketing collateral, drafting email comms, or organising webinars
• Take ownership of our customer-facing portal, ‘The Agent Hub’,  to drive continuous usage and increase value to customers

What we need from you:

• Strong copywriting skills and have experience of using these skills within a commercial environment (think email comms!)
• A passion for crafting compelling messaging and creative marketing campaigns and can evidence this 
• Have solid previous commercial experience relating to communications or marketing in a B2B environment 
• We would love it if you have experience of running a customer marketing campaign from start to finish (but this is not essential!)
