About the Role
They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Onboarding Administrator to ensure all new clients have a smooth and positive start to their journey with them. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new customers, guiding them through the onboarding process, addressing their questions, and ensuring they feel confident using the services provided.
