Description

Assist new customers with account setup and onboarding processes.
Respond to customer queries and provide clear, helpful guidance.
Set up new customer accounts following the mobilisation of new client contracts.
Process and validate customer data across multiple systems and databases.
Review information for accuracy and completeness before it is entered into live systems.
Investigate and resolve data discrepancies through research and collaboration with internal teams.
Update and maintain customer records in line with company procedures.
Work to daily and weekly productivity and quality targets.
Ensure customer account information is accurate and ready for billing and customer communications.
Support the successful onboarding of new customers and developments.
Maintain accurate records and audit trails of work completed.

Profile

A successful Customer Onboarding Representative should have:

Proven experience in administration, data processing, data entry, customer account management, billing administration, or a similar role.
Experience working with Excel, databases, and business systems.
Demonstrable track record of delivering accurate work within a fast-paced environment.Job Offer
