We are looking for a Customer Operations Specialist to join their successful head office team.
The Role As a Customer Operations Specialist you will be responsible for managing customer logistics and supply chain requirements and ensuring a best in class is service level is achieved.
This is a customer facing role, you will need to be comfortable working with customers independently, in person and from the office as the initial point of contact for our clients.
Some of the day to day activities will include:
Coordinate the day-to-day distribution activity to the agreed customer requirements. Manage client stock holding and understanding cost and selling prices and carry out necessary stock adjustments in line with audits. Liaise with internal operations to ensure that order processing and invoicing is being carried out in a timely and efficient manner. Prepare and supply relevant client reporting (KPI’s), ensuring accurate and meaningful data is available, proactively highlighting any potential issues when required. Work collaborative across our business functions (warehouse & inventory teams) to ensure customer demand and service levels are achieved.
Candidate Experience This role would be suitable for somebody with great administration skills, ideally with experience in a client facing customer service, account management, or sales order processing role.
Experience of the logistics and/or supply chain sector or inventory management would be a real advantage.
Comfortable using MS Office packages and other IT systems to coordinate customer information.
You will need to be a keen problem solver, self-motivated, and have high level attention to detail.
The Package
