We are looking for a Customer Product Assessor – Mobility Solutions to join our Central Sales Team at our Alfreton headquarters.
This is a fully office-based role, where you'll work alongside experienced colleagues, product specialists and our wider customer engagement team. You'll use video calls, online demonstrations and telephone consultations to understand each customer's individual requirements and recommend the most suitable mobility solution.
This is not traditional, high-pressure sales. It's a consultative customer role, where you'll build trust, provide expert guidance and help customers make an important decision with confidence.

A Day in the Life
No two customer conversations are the same.
You'll speak with customers by telephone and video, taking the time to understand their lifestyle, requirements and circumstances before recommending the most appropriate mobility solution.
You'll demonstrate products virtually, answer questions, manage enquiries from initial contact through to order completion and provide follow-up support.
You'll also work closely with colleagues across the business, including field-based demonstrators and installers, to ensure every customer receives a seamless experience.

What You'll Be Doing
• Conduct engaging online product demonstrations and virtual assessments, helping customers identify the most suitable mobility solution• Build strong customer relationships and manage enquiries from initial contact through to successful order completion and follow-up• Provide knowledgeable, consultative advice while maintaining exceptional customer service throughout the buying journey• Understand individual customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions• Support the wider Customer Engagement Team with administration, customer records, account management and ongoing sales activity• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to ensure a smooth customer journey• Continuously develop your product knowledge through structured training, site visits and collaboration with field-based demonstrators and installers• Contribute to continuous improvement across the customer experience and sales process
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, communicates confidently and can build rapport with customers both over the phone and through video calls.
You'll ideally have:
• Experience in customer service, consultative sales, account management, customer engagement or another customer-facing environment• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to build relationships with a wide range of customers• Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs before recommending an appropriate solution• Strong organisational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail• A proactive and positive attitude, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences• Good IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems• A willingness to learn and develop detailed product knowledge• The ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative, office-based team
Experience in any of the following would be advantageous:
• Automotive• Mobility or assistive technology• Healthcare• Vehicle adaptations• Consultative sales• Technical or specialist product sales
However, full training will be provided, so we're equally interested in candidates with strong customer-facing skills and the right attitude who are looking to develop their career within a specialist industry.

This position is based at our Alfreton headquarters and is not a hybrid or remote role.
