Customer Relations Executive

Salary: £45,000 + 10% performance bonus
Working Pattern: Tuesday to Saturday

You'll be the heartbeat of the development - ensuring every visitor receives a world-class experience from the moment they step into our marketing suite.

• Be the face of the development - primary contact for all enquiries and walk-ins
• Own the marketing suite - maintain impeccable standards and think like a trainee Property Sales Manager
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a sparkly, engaging personality
• Handle sales progression - liaise with solicitors, complete choices spreadsheets, and manage documentation
• Become the local expert on the development and surrounding area

• Exceptional customer service background from luxury retail, high-end sales, premium automotive, or hospitality
• Strong admin skills with attention to detail and spreadsheet confidence
• Naturally engaging personality who genuinely enjoys connecting with people
• Professional communication and presentation standards
• Flexibility to handle varied, fast-paced responsibilities

• £45,000 salary + 10% annual bonus
• Tuesday to Saturday schedule (Sundays & Mondays off)
