Job Description - Customer Relations Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential clients to generate new business opportunities
  • Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team
  • Research and identify potential clients and key decision makers within target industries
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales and prospecting activities
  • Represent the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner at all times

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in e-commerce, 3PL, logistics, and remote sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work full-time (30-40 hours per week) in the CET time zone
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with e-commerce fulfillment industry
  • Experience in closing sales and generating new business opportunities
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
