Already in sales? Or working in customer service and looking to carve out a commercial career? Previous sales experience isn’t essential — confidence, initiative and a willingness to learn are.

Requirements

* Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service or relationship management

* Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools

* Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly

* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
