Customer Relationship Executive - 12 Month Maternity Cover

Banbury | Up to £27,000 | Hybrid working | Monday-Friday

We're looking for a proactive, hardworking Customer Relationship Executive to join a busy and well-established sales support team on a 12-month maternity contract

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being busy, likes taking ownership and gets satisfaction from getting things done. You'll join a settled team of six who work closely together, supporting some of the company's largest retail and national accounts

You'll have responsibility for your own customer accounts, managing everything from orders and stock availability through to deliveries, returns and queries. There are natural peaks and troughs, so you'll need to be comfortable working at pace, prioritising your workload and keeping on top of plenty of moving parts

What you'll be doing

Managing your own portfolio of retail and national customer accounts
Processing orders and managing them through to delivery
Providing quotations and responding to pricing, stock and delivery enquiries
Keeping customers proactively updated on orders, delays and availability
Resolving customer queries, returns, credits and delivery issues
Building strong relationships with customers and internal sales teams
Liaising with logistics, inventory, finance and other internal departments
Taking ownership of issues and seeing them through to resolution What we're looking for

Previous customer service experience within an order processing, sales support or customer account environment
A strong work ethic and someone who genuinely enjoys being busy
Confident managing a varied workload and working under pressure
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Good attention to detail and a naturally organised approach
Proactive, dependable and happy to take ownership
Comfortable working independently as well as being part of a close-knit team What's in it for you?

Starting salary: up to £27,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM)
Hybrid Working Model (2 days working from home)
