We’re looking for an experienced CRM Manager with strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to join an award-winning and leading B2C business. This is a new role within the team, where you will be a salesforce expert and a key driver of the digital marketing initiatives within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

What you’ll be doing

As the CRM Manager, you will craft and execute innovative campaigns that will enhance the customer journey. You will be the go-to expert for the salesforce marketing cloud functionalities making sure that you guide your team to get the maximum impact from the system.

You will also create and customise email templates using HTML and CSS to make sure that communications are on high quality and brand consistent. You’ll work closely with various teams and stakeholders to make sure that marketing strategies as well understood and are effectively implemented.

The CRM Manager will also assist with the integration of Salesforce with other systems and platforms including CRM and third-party tools in order to improve data flow and campaign consistency as well as being the salesforce champion keeping up to date with new releases and features that will improve marketing practices.

What experience you’ll need to apply

A deep understanding and expertise within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Experience with email marketing campaigns
Good working knowledge of CRM & marketing automation platforms
Solid understanding of data management, analysis and reporting
Great communicator both written and verbally
Confident in managing others and building relationships
