As a Customer Relationship Manager at Together Money, you will work as part of our fantastic Direct Sales team supporting customers. You will be taking inbound calls from potential customers, establish what the Customer requires and then make appointments for the Business Development Managers & Mortgage Advisors to support the Customers further. You will also make proactive outbound calls to existing customers who may be i.e. coming to the end of their mortgage term or looking to refinance etc with the view to getting repeat business.
This role is focused on providing an exceptional customer experience and supporting the sales team to deliver against our lending goals.
