Our client are a market leading business within their industry, working with a wide range of B2B Customer ranging from global corporates, through to SME organisations. Following a period of sustained growth they are looking for a new Customer Relationship Manager to be a point of contact for a number of assigned accounts from a service perspective

Description

Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues and signposting internally.
Develop and maintain strong relationships to foster client satisfaction and loyalty.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.
Monitor and track client accounts, ensuring all services are provided as agreed.
Identify opportunities to enhance client experience and offer additional services.
Provide regular updates and reports to clients on service performance.
Handle client feedback and work towards continuous improvement in service delivery.
Collaborate with the customer service team to maintain high standards of support.
Create and present reports to both customers and internal stakeholders based on service performanceProfile

Experience in a service driven role
Previous experience of managing B2B Customers
Excellent communicator both written and verbal

Permanent full-time role based in Halifax, Monday to Friday
