Are you an experienced Team Leader or Manager from a customer service, contact centre or client services background?

We're looking for a Customer Relationship Team Manager to lead a team of Customer Relationship Executives, ensuring they deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting and developing existing customer accounts.

The Role

You'll be responsible for leading a team that provides a mixture of inbound customer support and proactive outbound account management. Working closely with internal sales teams, you'll drive customer satisfaction, retention and account growth while creating a positive, high-performing culture.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, coach and develop a team of Customer Relationship Executives.

* Drive performance through coaching, one-to-ones and KPI management.

* Ensure excellent customer service across inbound and outbound activity.

* Support escalated customer enquiries and improve customer satisfaction.

* Work closely with internal teams to maximise customer retention and account growth.

* Recruit, develop and motivate your team.

About You

You'll ideally have:

* Experience managing a customer service, contact centre or client services team.

* A strong background leading inbound and outbound customer-facing teams.

* Experience coaching, motivating and developing people.

* Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

* Experience working within a KPI-driven environment.

* Good commercial awareness and CRM experience.
