Job Description - Customer Returns specialist

I am working in partnership with a reputable organisation to recruit a diligent Customer Returns Specialist to oversee all return operations and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure the highest level of service is provided. Previous experience with product inspection would be desirable.

Description

  • Manage all aspects of product returns, including customer communications and coordination with the customer service department.
  • Inspection of returned products to ensure best process followed.
  • Develop and implement return policies that align with company objectives and customer expectations.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure efficient handling and restocking of returned items.
  • Maintain accurate records of return transactions and provide reports to management.
  • Identify patterns in returns to aid in product improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to resolve customer concerns related to returns.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service department.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Profile

A successful Customer Returns Specialist should have:

  • A strong background in customer service within the business services industry.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Previous experience of handling large goods within a warehouse setting.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively resolve customer issues.
  • Adept at multitasking and prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.

Job Offer

  • Competitive salary between £28,000 - £30,000.
