💜 The Role (aka what you’ll actually be doing) 

You’ll be the voice of our customers, making sure they feel heard, supported, and valued.

💬 Talking to customers and gathering real feedback 
🧠 Spotting trends and insights 
📊 Turning feedback into actions the business can use 

💜 Your day-to-day 

• Chatting to customers after funding and asking for feedback  

• Boosting our Trustpilot and Google reviews ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐  

• Responding to reviews (yes, even the tricky ones 👀)  

• Keeping everything organised in HubSpot and trackers  

• Spotting patterns in feedback (you’re basically a detective 🕵️)  

• Checking out competitors and market trends  

• Sharing insights with marketing, sales and leadership

• Are super organised (you love a good spreadsheet)

• Can write clearly, naturally, and professionally  

• Are curious about marketing, customers & trends  

• Can juggle a few things without dropping the ball

• Some experience in marketing, research, or customer roles  

• Used HubSpot or similar tools  

• Know your way around Trustpilot / Google Reviews  

📍 The Details 

💜 Birmingham (5 days in office) 
💜 Full-time, permanent 
💜 £25,000 per annum  
💜 Reporting to Head of PR & Research
