Customer Sales Advisor

Join a successful and well established team in Tamworth on one of the busiest contracts they service.
This is a full time permanent role working Monday - Friday with a generous basic salary of £26,830 with an additional OTE of £4,200 per annum.

The role will be to manage & develop a portfolio of customers within your designated contract field, achieve targeted sales growth whilst ensuring that the highest level of
customer service and support are provided at all times, in line with the Sales Desk Quality Manual
Duties to include :-
* Process orders accurately
* Produce quotations as required
* Update company systems ( manual data entry) maintaining accuracy at all times
* Maximise Sales opportunities from incoming and outgoing calls to identify future business potential & generate quality leads where appropriate
* Cross sell-up-sell
* Adhere to company policies and procedures
