Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a B2B/B2C environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and persuade customers

- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
