The Role
As a Sales & Customer Service Executive you’ll join a busy and growing team in Manchester. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for both new and existing customers - handling high volumes of calls, processing orders, resolving queries and building meaningful relationships.

You’ll also work closely with field sales teams and account managers, helping to identify opportunities for upselling, introducing new product lines, and ensuring every customer receives the highest standard of service.

You’re a confident communicator with a professional telephone manner and a passion for providing excellent service. Ideally, you’ll have previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role, and you’re comfortable using systems like Microsoft Excel.
