Salary: £24,000 – £26,000 (dependent on experience)

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Contract Type: Permanent

Reed Business Support is delighted to be working with a reputable and growing business in Ashford, Kent, who are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, resolving queries, and ensuring customers are supported every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming calls and emails from customers with professionalism and care
• Resolving queries and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Processing orders and updating customer information accurately
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Following up with customers to gather feedback and maintain strong relationships

About You:

• Previous experience in a customer service role – phone or email-based
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident using IT systems and able to learn new platforms quickly
• A team player with a genuine passion for helping others
