Responsibilities

• Customer Service - Working for a distribution company you will be responsible for managing a customer’s orders. You will speak to the customer on the telephone, and you will have the opportunity to meet them face-to-face.
• Team Player - This customer is currently being managed by an existing member of the customer service team, and you will work alongside them closely. You will also support the team with their customers orders when needed.
• Data Entry - You will process the customers’ orders on an in-house database, and use Word and Excel.
• Communication - You will keep the customer updated regarding their order, from order received, to order delivered, and everything in between.

What you need

• To drive with your own transport.
• To live within a reasonable distance of Coggeshall.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Confidence to speak to customers on the telephone.
• Confidence to meet customers face to face.
• Customer service experience.
