Customer Service

Reed Business Support are supporting a Harlow based company in their search for a Collections Agent to join their stable, loyal team. This could be Ideal if you are looking to build on your existing office-based Customer Service experience.

Working within their busy call centre, you will be responsible for answering a high volume of inbound calls each day, using your strong communication skills to deal with customers professionally, calmly, and tactfully.

What you will be doing;

• Processing inbound calls professionally and within legislation and codes of practice.
• Collect payments on behalf of our clients.
• Negotiate and set up payment arrangements, in line with client criteria.
• Complete outbound and credit control calls.
• Update the CMS with accurate call notes and carry out all associated actions.
• Deal with account queries and verbal complaints, obtain full details, then pass them to relevant department.

Bonus: after completed probation, could lead to an OTE of £28,000 - £30,000
