We’re working with a fast-growing, community-driven events company doing amazing work in the UK live performance space. They’re now looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team and play a key role in supporting both performers and venues using their innovative platform.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves talking to people, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. If you're enthusiastic, resilient, and have a knack for staying organised - keep reading.

?? What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Acting as a key point of contact for both performers and venues, answering questions and resolving queries (often about the app or platform).

  • Helping match shifts and performances - making sure the right people are in the right places at the right time.

  • Building strong relationships with users, understanding their needs and providing thoughtful support.

  • Communicating clearly and professionally by email and phone.

  • Using tools like Excel and Outlook to stay on top of bookings, schedules, and account activity.

  • Working collaboratively with other teams to ensure a smooth experience for everyone using the platform.

?? What They’re Looking For:
  • Someone with previous experience in a Customer Support or Sales Support role - ideally in a fast-paced or people-focused environment.

  • A confident communicator who genuinely enjoys helping others.

  • Strong attention to detail and great organisational skills.

  • Resilience, positivity, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks and personalities.

  • Solid Microsoft Office skills - Excel and email are especially important.
