Job Description - Customer Service

We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our clients for an experienced Customer Service Operative based in the Berkshire area.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a busy customer service environment, ideally within skip hire, waste management, or logistics. Responsibilities will include organising skip deliveries and collections, handling customer enquiries, scheduling bookings, processing orders, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Requirements:

* Previous customer service experience

* Experience organising skip hire or similar logistics (preferred)

* Excellent telephone and communication skills

* Strong administrative and organisational abilities

* Good IT skills

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
