My client is a successful, global business where you will be playing a pivotal role in ensuring a first-class service is provided to clients and colleagues.
Working as part of a small, supportive and friendly Team, as a customer service representative you will be responsible for:
Answering incoming enquiries for business-to-business customers via telephone, email and live chat
Processing customer orders, handle enquiries and monitor orders
Liaising with various departments regarding stock, deliveries and dispatch of order
To be successful in this

role, you will have:
Previous experience of working within a customer service role / call centre preferred
Excellent telephone manner
Good command of the English language
Ability to learn new systems and processes
High attention to detail
Benefits and Hours:
Monday to Friday: The team alternate between 8.30am-4.30pm or 9.30am-5.30pm working hours on a rota basis.
Working one Saturday in six (8 per year) - hours are 8.30am - 2.30pm with a day off the following week
