Job Description - Customer Service Admin

Do you have a passion for delivering an excellent customer service to internal and external customers? Would you like to join a team where you can significantly influence the growth of the business?
Our client design and manufacture automotive products and are looking for a Customer Service Admin on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have worked within a manufacturing environment previously.

Monday to Thursday 7:30 – 16:00 / Friday 7:30 – 13:00
Flexibility on hours if needed
Site based – Brierly Hill

Customer Service Admin
Job Description

Dealing with inbound enquiries and outbound requests from customers
Processing quotations and orders. Loading customer schedules/using customer portals when required
Expediting/chasing internal planning departments to ensure accurate timescales provided to customers
Work across multiple departments to meet customer requirements and resolving any customer concerns
Using ERP/Sales order processing software

Customer Service Admin
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Experience carrying out a similar sales administration/customer service position
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Must have experience using MRP/ERP systems
