Job Description - Customer Service Admin

We’re looking for a detail‑focused and proactive Subscriber Administration Support to join our team. You’ll play a key role in supporting operations, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time, and helping deliver a smooth customer experience.
 

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working at pace, staying organised, and supporting a busy team environment.

What you’ll do:
 

• Support the Operations team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks
• Manage time‑sensitive actions and meet key deadlines
• Maintain accurate records and keep systems up to date
• Provide ad hoc support across the wider team as needed

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment

• Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
• Good communication skills and a team-focused mindset
