Looking for a stable office role with regular hours and no weekend work? Our client in Oldbury is looking for a reliable Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly, supportive team. Key Duties:

Processing customer orders and updating systems
Handling customer enquiries by phone and email
Maintaining accurate records and databases
Supporting complaint resolution and escalating issues when required
Managing incoming calls and correspondence
Providing general administrative support to the team

Requirements:

Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
