Job Description - Customer Service Admin Excel & SAP

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for customer service and a passion for data analysis? Our client, a vibrant and expanding distribution company in the Food, Beverage & Tobacco industry, is on the lookout for a Customer Service Admin with SAP experience to join their dynamic team in Princes Risborough

Location: Princes Risborough (Conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the train station)
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000

Key Responsibilities:


Manage customer inquiries via phone and email with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Process customer orders and closely monitor stock levels to ensure timely fulfilment.
Maintain and manage core customer data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Review daily wash plans and update orders for effective planning.
Plan demand and supply efficiently to meet customer needs.
Resolve depot errors and ensure systems and reports are corrected promptly.
Reconcile depot recollection variances and balance customer orders.
Address and resolve customer complaints swiftly and effectively.
Process recollection entries in SAP on a daily basis.
Create and issue various internal reports weekly and monthly.
Book transport as required to facilitate smooth operations.
Adapt and perform additional duties as the service needs evolve.

What We're Looking For:


Proven experience in a customer service or sales administration role.
Proficiency in SAP is desirable.
Strong MS Excel skills.
Ability to work both remotely and in the office, fostering collaboration and communication.
A positive attitude, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
