Job Description
Position: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Deeside
Hours: Monday- Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
HR GO recruitment are currently recruiting a Administrator for our client in Deeside the idea candidate will have good administration preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Duties:
Providing sales and administrative support to the Sales Managers, working closely with customers to support existing and ongoing orders, checking stock and availability, ordering products, liaising with production for lead times. Communicating with customer, to understand their requirements, update them on time lines, handle any complaints and provide them with end-to-end administrative support from point of order through to dispatch.
