What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the friendly face (and voice!) of their company, helping customers navigate their enquiries with ease and enthusiasm. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a cheerful attitude
• Managing customer accounts and ensuring accurate records
• Processing orders, refunds, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly
• Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services
• Gathering customer feedback to enhance our services and products
• Assisting in the development of customer service processes and procedures

What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• A bright, positive attitude with a passion for customer service
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with customer service software
• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus!
