Job Description - Customer Service Administrator

Customer Service Administrator

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

£25k pa/nnum

Permanent

Key responsibilities:

  • Building a rapport with customers and delivering excellent customer service
  • Processing orders efficiently and accurately
  • Placing orders and building working relationships with suppliers
  • Liaising with internal production, warehouse and transport regarding the manufacture and delivery of orders
  • Prioritising workloads with attention to detail and multitasking

They are looking for someone that possess the following skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service skills
  • The ability to follow correct procedures and processes
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Good time management/ability to prioritise workload
  • Office 365 experience (outlook, word, excel)

Holiday allowance is 23 days plus bank holidays.

There is a pension and bonus scheme in place and the opportunity for personal development.
