Customer Service Administrator
Location: Poole
Salary: £26,000 + Company Bonus Scheme
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends)

Our client, a well-established business based in Poole, is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to clients and partners.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive environment where your organisational skills and ability to prioritise will be valued from day one.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Liaising with service engineers to coordinate appointments and schedules
  • Managing and booking service diaries efficiently
  • Communicating regularly with end users to provide updates and support
  • Handling and resolving customer queries with professionalism and care
  • Updating service records and maintaining accurate information
  • Preparing reports and supporting general administrative tasks
What we’re looking for:
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of Sage (beneficial, but not essential)
  • A proactive, professional, and customer-first attitude
  • Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
