Customer Service Administrator – Join a Thriving Team!
Location: Near Wolverhampton
Salary: £27,000 – £28,000
Hours: Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm
Contract: Permanent

We’re working with a successful, forward-thinking organisation based near Wolverhampton that's experiencing exciting growth. As their Customer Service Administrator, you won’t just be answering calls—you’ll be the friendly voice and driving force behind smooth operations and strong customer relationships.

What you’ll be doing:

Be the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails—you're the go-to person for all customer needs.
Help customers with their order queries and guide them through the process.
Process orders and returns quickly and accurately.
Handle complaints professionally and with a can-do attitude.
Maintain fast, friendly, and effective communication, always aiming for exceptional service.
Spot opportunities to upsell additional products—your input could boost business!

What we’re looking for:

Someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and knows how to listen.
A confident communicator who can build rapport and solve problems with ease.
Solid experience in customer service or admin is essential.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.
A driving licence is a bonus (great for future growth opportunities!).
