Job Description - Customer Service Administrator

Customer Service Administrator – Full time role

Sutton

£25k-£27k

Monday to Friday (Office Based)

The Customer Service Administrator will be the first point of contact for external and internal clients and will support the existing Administrator. The role is critical in creating the correct image for the Company with a polite, professional approach being always required.

Main Tasks:

  • To be the first point of contact for callers
  • To manage and respond to the claims e-mails
  • To record information given by clients accurately
  • To answer queries and advise clients
  • To open, correctly identify clients, and distribute incoming mail accordingly
  • To follow up on unpaid invoices
  • To monitor stationary stocks and office supplies and order as required
  • To liaise with external contractors to maintain office equipment.
  • To assist with other administrative tasks

Additional tasks supporting all the teams:

  • Providing support across all teams in the event of absences
  • Assisting on the completion of spreadsheet reports
  • Indexing and scanning documents and filing on the in-house database
  • Working on ad hoc tasks as requested

Key Attributes and requirements:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • An eye for accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good Microsoft Excel and Microsoft office experience
  • Strong ability to work in an independent and autonomous way.
  • Willingness to support all areas of the business as and when required.
  • Team player / can do attitude.
