The Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:
* Handling incoming calls and responding to customer queries in a professional and timely manner
* Booking appointments and coordinating schedules for maintenance and property visits
* Inputting and updating data accurately into internal systems
* Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks and service requests
* Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving

The Key Requirements of the Customer Service Administrator:
* Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
* Confident using Microsoft Office and internal CRM systems
