Job Description - Customer Service Administrator

Customer Service Administrator
Based in Claygate
£25-26,000

Our Client is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative Assistant. You will be responsible for setting up new customer accounts, ensuring accurate data entry, and providing general administrative support to the wider team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and set up new customer accounts in internal systems and websites
  • Verify customer information and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate
  • Maintain and update customer records with changes or corrections as needed
  • Assist the customer service team, with answering calls and emails
  • Assist in general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning
  • Support the team with additional clerical duties as required

Requirements:
  • Previous administration or office support experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially in data entry
  • Basic understanding of office software such as Microsoft Office
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised, reliable, and willing to learn
  • Able to work well in a team and manage routine tasks independently
