Job Description - Customer Service Administrator

Do you enjoy completing administrative tasks and speaking to customers todeliver a high level of customer service? Would you like to join a growing organisation with a fantastic company culture? Our client is a leading systems provider who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team. The successful candidate will enjoy a varied role and be computer literate with a positive attitude.

Customer Service Administrator
Job Description
  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring queries are handled promptly or transferred to the appropriate department.
  • Raise and issue purchase orders and sales orders, maintaining accurate records and supporting procurement processes.
  • Perform general office and facilities management tasks, ensuring a clean, organized, and well-maintained work environment.
  • Carry out a variety of administrative duties including data entry, document management, and record keeping.
  • Provide ad hoc support to different departments as required, demonstrating flexibility and a team-oriented approach.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Good attitude and be willing to learn
  • Computer literate – well versed with computers and MS office
  • Strong communication skills
