Job Description - Customer Service Administrator

Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be working with a successful family run business based in the Redbourn area. This company operate within an exciting industry with many years of experience, they have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be working within a smaller team environment, and play an important part in supporting customers on a day to day basis.

Salary - £28,000

Monday - Friday - 9:00am - 5:30pm

This position is fully office based - must drive due to location

Some of the duties will include:

  • Handling incoming calls from customers, providing a great level of service
  • Utilising Excel to generate quotes for customers
  • Typing quotes for part prices
  • Dealing with incoming emails into the centralised inbox
  • General administration as required
  • Filing paperwork accurately
  • Working well within a small team environment

The suitable candidate:

  • Great telephone manner
  • Enjoys providing a good level of customer service and going the extra mile
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Great administration experience
  • Good organisational skills
  • Previous experience with using Excel
  • High level of accuracy
  • Happy to be office based
  • Must drive due to location
