We’re looking for a proactive, organised Customer Service Administrator who enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll support customers, the sales team, and the warehouse to keep everything running smoothly—from order to installation.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess customer orders and quotes
Manage stock levels and track deliveries
Answer customer calls and emails
Keep customers updated on orders
Maintain spreadsheets and records
Support with basic customer queries
Learn and use our system (Orderwise)
Great communicator and team player
Strong Excel and data skills
1-2 years in admin or customer service
Organised, reliable, and proactive
Experience with ERP/order systems a plus
GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
Hours:
Moday to Friday : 9am-5pm
