Job Description - Customer Service Administrator

We’re looking for a proactive, organised Customer Service Administrator who enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll support customers, the sales team, and the warehouse to keep everything running smoothly—from order to installation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders and quotes

  • Manage stock levels and track deliveries

  • Answer customer calls and emails

  • Keep customers updated on orders

  • Maintain spreadsheets and records

  • Support with basic customer queries

  • Learn and use our system (Orderwise)

What We’re Looking For
  • Great communicator and team player

  • Strong Excel and data skills

  • 1-2 years in admin or customer service

  • Organised, reliable, and proactive

  • Experience with ERP/order systems a plus

  • GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)

Hours:

Moday to Friday : 9am-5pm
