Customer Service Administrator – German Speaking

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented German-speaking Customer Service Administrator to join our client's Shared Service Centre based in Newport. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent service, who is also interested in developing a career in finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide timely and professional responses to customer queries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal departments, including finance, to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Support the finance team with administrative tasks and gain exposure to financial processes.
• Assist in the coordination of customer account updates, billing queries, and payment tracking.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service procedures and contribute to process enhancements.

Requirements:

• Fluent German speaker.
• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Interest in developing a career in finance or accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
